Progressive Rollout for Measured Impact
We adopted a phased rollout strategy to ensure controlled exposure, mitigate risk, and gather focused feedback from high-impact users. Phase 1 included a select group of resellers managing a large number of merchants, enabling us to test the new experience at scale, identify edge cases, and validate usability before a broader release.
Monitoring Key Interaction Patterns
We closely tracked user interactions such as viewing expiring keys, deleting or deactivating keys, and selecting key types. These actions provided critical insights that informed analytics and guided future enhancements.
