Through a redesigned UI, guided setup, and progress tracking, we reduced onboarding time from over 4 months to just 10 days—dramatically improving efficiency, scalability, and partner experience for high-volume acquirers.

This project aimed to improve the account verification experience by simplifying the bank and document verification flow. Launched in Phase 1 for the North America region, we saw over 60% of users revert to using the improved upload flow, document failure checks dropped by 85%, and account suspensions and related order cancellations significantly declined.
